Project Brief
A stunning house in the northeast of Corfu in the location VIGLA SINIES on a hill overlooking the sea and the southern coast of Albania. It consists of a main house and an independent guest house.
Each building has a cave section, taking advantage of the steep slope to become one with the wonderful Corfiot nature, with pergolas for protection from the elements and infinity pools that merge with the horizon.
1. Project Overview

Philosophy: Seamlessly blend timeless architecture, modern comforts, and the surrounding environment to craft a home that exudes tranquility and sophistication.
Purpose: It is a space that exudes luxury and simplicity as it has all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. In both buildings, the main areas have panoramic views thanks to the large openings that bring light, nature and the blue of the sky and the sea into their interior.
2. Construction Design
Timeline: Include the project start and completion dates.
Materials: Natural materials such as wood, stone and cement mortar in neutral tones, combined with new technology materials, are used in the exterior and interior spaces, creating an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility.
Challenges Overcome: Any unique geographical or design challenges that added value to the project.
3. Key Design Features
Architectural Style: Simple lines and large openings make the most of the cave sections, so that there is a flow of air, light and movement in all spaces. The design of the outdoor spaces is careful, uniting them with the interior, transferring the action to nature.
